Onboarding
Jump N Play Party Rentals uses Gusto to pay our team.
1. Once you are entered into our system, you will receive a email titled: "Get started at Jump N Play Party Rentals with Gusto"
2. You can either complete the onboarding from the email or download the "Gusto Wallet" app.
3. Be sure to follow the onboarding checklist and complete the necessary information. When setting up your bank info, be sure to select "direct deposit to my existing bank". We do NOT issue paper checks!
3. Pay Periods are from Thursday - Wednesday and pay dates are on Mondays.
Clocking In/Out
Jump N Play Party Rentals uses On the Clock to pay our team.
1. Once you have been added to the system, you will receive an email and/or text message letting you know you have been added to OnTheClock. It will have your username and password for you. You will be able to change your password once you log in.
2. You can either log in on the web from the email or with the app "OnTheClock"
3. Click "Join as an employee". Once you are logged in, you will be able to punch in and out on the "punch" tab at the bottom of the app.
4. You will be able to view your timecard, but clicking on the "timecards" tab at the bottom of the app.
